Technische Universität Braunschweig - Institute of Law
Founded in 2009 and anchored in Carl-Friedrich-Gauß-Fakultät the Institute of Law achieves contributions in science, teaching and further education from a jurisprudential perspective to what the Technische Universität Braunschweig stands for: to further the disciplinary cognitive process and manage special problems in an interdisciplinary way on a high scientific level.
The Institute of Law is with its work package “Constitutional Requirements and Implications from Administrative Law” part of ENTRIA.
Seeing that the review of the legal situation and legitimacy of legal actions are classic juristic tasks, this particular project does also have the function to be the expert for legal questions and to provide legal services within the platform, e.g. giving expert opinion to legal issues of other subprojects or providing service-information. This doesn’t exclude a proactive dealing with legal problems.
